I am a Baton Rouge girl...born and raised. 

I like to say I pretty much grew up on one street. Family, church and school were my whole life and 85% of that was just south of Mall of Louisiana.

I am a proud graduate of Southern University and most recently Baton Rouge Leadership class of 2018. I began my career as a reporter and producer for Raycom Media at WAFB channel 9. After leaving the news industry, I became the Creative Director at the church where I met the love of my life. My husband, Trey kelly. He's pretty amazing. We have two precious little girls; Kadynce and Kensley. They are our world.

Having kids will certainly change your mindset.  I knew I wanted to be as active as I possibly could in their lives. With that, thoughts of entrepreneurship began.  We began with a wedding videography company.  It was beautiful...but a lot of weekend work. MHK (Megan H. Kelly) Consulting was born shortly thereafter. A branding/marketing company that aims to help you win.

Recently, a simple conversation with a fellow business Mom sparked the idea for a local Mompreneur group. Within a week, the plan came together complete with a brand and 5 year vision. This is my passion. Helping Moms who want to be the best they can be and still be a BOSS! We can do both, you know! I'm looking forward to teaming up with other experts, as well as sharing all I can, to help fellow Moms win in every aspect.
